I'm not sure what state you are in and what programs your area offers, but in my county we have an Infant Enrichment Program for children with disabilities and developmental delays. If you have something like that where you live, give them a call. They might can put you in touch with someone to help you. Some of these programs have money set aside to help families with financial difficulties. If you can't find a program like that, contact your local school board. If there is a United Way organization around, call them. They fund numerous agencies, and surely one of them can help. Hope this puts you on the right track. =)

If you find an organization that might be able to, but they give you grief over whether it is neccesary, give them this story. Dominic would be alive today if there was a decent fence around the house.
