Hot dogs and bagels are good cheap foods.

But I'd say buy a ton of microwaveable meals. Like lean cuisine or hot pockets. You can buy cheap large pizzas too. Save and reheat.

OK, get out the Betty Crocker and Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks. If you don't have them, borrow them from the library and copy your favorites. Do not buy any ready-made items. Cooking "from scratch" is cheaper. Serve fried potatoes and eggs for breakfast, or homemade pancakes or waffles. Bake some bread. Have egg salad sandwiches, jam on bread, toasted cheese sandwiches for lunch. Dinner can be based around rice or pasta dishes, with lots of veggies. We use ground beef and boneless, skinless chicken breasts sparingly. For a treat, we make homemade buffalo wings. Our favorite dessert is brownie pudding from BHG cookbook. I make a list, stick to it, do NOT buy junk/convenience foods (soda, chips, hamburger helper, block cheese instead of shredded), and use coupons for items I am shopping for--I saved $16.85 today! This is how I feed my family of four on a food budget of $150.00 to $200.00 every two weeks. BTW, leftovers are great lunches!

Are you asking for a list of things to buy in order to have plenty of food for those two weeks?

I suggest the following:

Boxed macaroni and cheese
Hot dogs
Frozen french fries
2 family-size package of chicken, divided into meal portions
Four loaves of bread (freeze three, use one, thaw the others as needed)
Hamburger buns
2 gallons of milk (three if your family drinks a lot of milk)
Margarine
Bag of white potatoes (buy a bag with mixed sizes, some for baking, some for mashing, etc.)
Orange juice
3 dozen eggs
2 large Boxes of cereal
Flank steak (delicious when slow cooked with mushroom soup)
Tuna for tuna salad if you like it
Hamburger (buy a large package and divide it -- make some into hamburgers and use the rest in spaghetti sauce)
Rice and/or noodles
Pork chops
Bottled barbecue sauce for the chicken
Spaghetti sauce
Spaghetti
1 large can mushroom soup
Canned soups and/or hash
Peanut butter
Jelly
1 ham (divide and slice some for sandwiches, cube the rest to add to mac and cheese)
Sliced cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches
As much canned or fresh fruit and veggies as the rest of the money will allow

That should be under $150 if you shop at a large food chain like Wal-mart or Save-a-Lot, and you have plenty of menu choices.

i would suggest that if you have a slow cooker to make various types of roasts. you can get a decent size pot roast and put fresh vegetables with it like potatoes, celery, onion, and carrots. slow cook it all day and make egg noodles with it. it will give you about a weeks worth of food and cost probably about 20.00.

another good dish to make in a slow cooker is a pork loin with saurkraut and potatoes. the cost is around 10-15.00.

if you buy a decent size turkey breast and slow cook it with a stick of butter, you can make sandwiches a turkey salad or even turkey with dumplings.

use your imagination and a 150.00 will go far.

Do you mean youhave $150 for 4 people (evenly split) for two weeks (same amt each week)??? If that is the case....then divide $150 by 2 (which is 75 per person) then that by 4 (# of ppl).
Total is $18.75 per person per week.
Hope it helps!
