Yes, frozen vegetables can be just as nutritious as fresh ones because they are picked and frozen right away. Sometimes fresh vegetables loose some of their vitamins during a long transit time or due to less than optimal storage.

The processing and freezing of frozen vegetables results in significant losses of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). Fresh is always best, but frozen veggies are better than junk food if fresh veggies are not readily available.

In general yes they are.
Veggies hardly lose any nutrients in the freezing process.
Sometimes frozen is even better than fresh since they are picked and frozen in peak season at the high of their ripeness, while fresh veggies are often either forced in greenhouses, or picked "green" and transported long distances before they get to us.
You lose a lot more of the goodness of veggies in long transport, unripe picking, and un-natural ripening than you do in freezing.
The only way not to lose anything nutrition-wise is to buy fresh, IN-SEASON, local produce, and use within a couple days of picking.

I would say frozen vegs are way better than the produce at the grocery store. The store's produce has been sitting there for days. With every passing day, the veggies lose vitamins. Frozen items are supposed to be picked at the ripest period and then quickly frozen. I pick up frozen items and get other items from the farmer's market. Frozen berries are good too- and you won't have any to throw out like you would if you bought them from the grocery store.

For all practical purposes, yes. Frozen veggies are picked at their peak of freshness and ripeness, and flash frozen to protect their nutrients. Just be srue you dont' thaw and refreeze, or overcook. They also have the added benefit of being pre-washed, cut, trimmed, and ready to use!

not quite. the most nutritious way to eat veggies is raw. I even heard that cutting them in certain ways retains more vitamins, but that's splitting hairs in my book!
