hi i love this product and i currently have a perm right now, but my hair is kinda thinning out a lil (due to a lil damge i guess), i was wondering whether it would be good to buy the garnier fructis curl and shine shampoo (to help with my curls) and the garnier fructis body and volume conditioner to help with the thickness.
what do u think?

yes, i use garnier and i thikn if u got the right kind it would really help volumize and create soft curls
if that doesn't work try tres'emme, it's a little more expensive, but will do the job right

I use both and I like Herbal Essences better, because it smells better and makes my hair controlled, and soft. So, Herbal Essences, rather than Garnier Fructis,

Yes, garnier fructis hair products smell oh-so good and they make hair 5x stronger so it will definately make your hair thicker!

If you think your hair a lil damaged...get Garnier fructis..damaged hair kind i got that and it worked wonders!

I would go to your local beauty supply store and pick up some professional products. They work loads better and are more specifically designed for chemically treated hair. Make sure all products you use on your hair are safe for chemically treated hair.
