Oh No means something terrible happened. Uh oh generally means that you made a mistake...like a boo boo.

Oh no: An exclamation of a minor but inevitably undesirable event or circumstance recently happened or expected to happen in the future regarding something the exclaimer holds dear.

Uh oh: An exclamation of a minor but undesirable event or circumstance that the exclaimer fears will happen but concedes there is a chance of prevention.

Oh no is almost always a statement of realisation of despair, whereas uh oh is a statement of realisation of fear.

Both of these statements can be enhanced to be regarding major undesireable events if the exclaimer uses vulgarity or swear words, repeats themself, speaks with a tone of voice that would indicate the importance of the situation, or offers body language to be observed that indicates the exclaimer's distress.

There really isnt any, its like how some people say EEWWW and some people say yuck. They both mean the same thing but some people just absorb and use one word.

uh oh is more lighthearted sounding. oh no is impending doom. plus they are spelled differently :)

oh no would mean " that didnt just happen" uh oh means you did it.
