my friend just broke up with her boyfriend and is really suicidal right now. he was diagnosed with sever depression from a doctor so i really think he might do something to harm himself. what should i say to him?

smile at him and say hi and that you care about him. There was a case where a guy was walking to the golden gate bridge and jumped, when they got to his apartment they found a note in his apartment that said "If one person smiles to me on the way to the bridge I won't jump" sosmile and be his friend, you might just save his life

you need to get him professional help. he's harmfu to himself and possibly other ppl
