Naughty! You know your hair is fried!
Condition, condition, condition. Try a deep-conditioning masque or my favorite, hot-oil treatments once a week or so.
Try the Curly Girl technique--don't use shampoo (use it on the scalp if you HAVE TO, but not on the rest of your hair.) Just use conditioner on your hair, scrub with your fingertips, and rinse your hair, but not completely. Leave a LITTLE conditioner in your hair so it's not squeaky-clean and you won't have to OD on "taming" products.
Use baking soda mixed with conditioner, or lemon juice mixed with conditioner (but not both at once--foam bomb!) to remove buildup. Part of your issue is that all the stuff you put in to style your hair coats it and that means the buildup prevents your styling products from actually reaching your hair. So if it gets stringy, crunchy, dull, or greasy, try a cleansing conditioner treatment.
And don't heat-treat every day...come on! You know it's bad! Let your hair air-dry and heat-treat only when it's mostly dry so you don't apply so much heat to dry your hair. Give your hair a rest and at least TRY to wean yourself off straight styles! Trust me, I know how much you want straight hair, but you can't fight nature all the time without nature fighting back. Plus, if you work it right, you may not need to straighten your hair every day. Curly hair doesn't usually need to be washed every day (and it won't stink and it won't be dirty.)
Try to find Curly Girl, and there was an article about this recently in the New York Times. Lorraine Massey--Devachan Salon.
Be kind to your hair...or at least kinder. My hair used to break off like crazy, but since I stopped with the shampoo and heat treatment, it's long and shiny and looks better.

Deep condition!!! There is a good one from L'oreal called Nature's Therapy for overprocessed hair. You can buy it at beauty supply shops. Leave it in for a while under a showercap.
A few drops of silicone based shine serum will add shine.
You can also do a gloss treatment on your hair (they come in colorless and in most shades).
Check out your day to day shampoo and conditioner. I like Redken Extreme (for dried out, overprocessed hair), it got me through a not so good highlighting experiment from my little sister.

Tigi Mystique Blowout Balm, its a serum for blow drying that keeps hair gentle and silky. tried it out immediately on a shopper of mine and did not even ought to flat iron. And it smells so solid too! or you may attempt Paul Mitchell's tremendous skinny serum, also very solid to save hair tender and gentle. For a lot less hair fall do not overbrush, do not positioned on quite a number of pony tails that could pull hair out with the hair band. those issues may reason quite a number of breakage.

if possible try not to straighten your hair too much . if not, use a deep conditioner every time you wash your hair to protect it also use a heat protector spray before blowdrying/straightening.
iv heard that using an egg as conditioner is actually really good to nourish your hair but i dunno if its true!!
