YES!!! Especially if you throw them in a fire...
But some citrus solvents (cleaners) are not flammable (so they are compliant with safety guidelines and governmental policies)

it is not the fruit itself that is flammable it is the oil in the skin.

I think they are somehow...isn't that why you can't bring cases of oranges and grapefruit on the airplane?
Maybe it's the acid....or the oils in the skin....
