My friend as had a sore on her leg that doesnt seem to want to heal and lately she has been noticing her legs filling up with fluid pls any help would be appreciated.

Edema is the term for fluid in the legs (swelling). And is a serious sign of kidney problems, but if it is indeed connected to the sore on the leg, could definately be diabetes. She should go to to Doc immediately to rule out any of these things, as well as cancer, which a lesion that is does not heal can be a sign of.

It sounds like she has an infection. If the would is filled with pus, it is a sure sign of an infection. Tell her to go to the doctor immediately. If the sore goes untreated, the infection can spread and lead to many complications.
