wait awhile and call him once and leave a short message. try to sound like its not a big deal if he calls or not. you dont wanna sound desperate. and don't call anymore after that. if he doesn't call thats because he's not interested and obviously sucks and isn't worth your time :]
stay calm and confident. if he doesn't wanna talk to you/isn't interested in you..it's his loss

Well there are many reasons why I don't answer someone's calls:
1. I'm taking her for granted. This normally happens when she's been my gf for over a year. I figure she's just being chatty or naggy so I ignore her call.
2. The battery of my phone isn't working.
3. I lost my phone (if it's a cell phone).
4. I accidently gave you the wrong phone number.
5. I deliberately gave you the wrong number.
6. I am trying to teach you that I need some space from time to time so I don't answer in order to keep you from getting all excited over me.
7. I'm in a bad mood and do not want to socialized.
8. I killed myself hence physically cannot answer the phone.
9. someone killed me or I'm held hostage.
10. I have amnesia I don't even realize I have a phone to begin with.
11. I'm ignoring you.
12. I'm afraid of you.
13. I'm afraid if I answer, I'll have to talk to you longer than a few minutes.
14. I'm watching an important tv show or playing a video game.

You should read this book "He's just not that into you" I too used to try to get this guy to call me and answer my calls. My friend let me borrow it....it's really funny and makes tons of sense.

well if you have called off of your phone and he knows your phone number.. call off of someones phone in which he has the foggiest notion on who is calling.. and then hopefully he will pick up. and then you get to see why he didn't pick up for you.. because you ask him why he isn't answering your phone calls!

You DON'T. If he wants to talk to you, he'll look in the call log and call you. Stop calling, and embarrasing yourself.

leave a voicemail; saying your camping outside his house and watching him using binoculars. dont forget to say you have a lock of his hair.
