In dreams your brain usually tries to process things, that seem to be important for you, but haven't been solved during the day.
So in your case your brain was either processing your fear, that he would cheat in front of you, or the opposite.

ur not gonna be able to get him back. i don't blame him for treating u like that. if i found out my boyfriend was cheating on me and saw that he was txting another girl, i would've done worse than just throw his phone at the wall (that is if he ever gets a cell phone). i would've screamed and yelled, broke a few things, then run out of the house crying. ur lucky that the phone was all he touched. if u didn't want him, or ur parents, or anybody else to find out, u shouldn't have done that at all. u cant just cheat on somebody behind their back and not expect it to blow up in ur face eventually. when u lie, ur hurting both the people involved and yourself. he wont be able to trust u again. trust is like a piece of glass, if its broken, it may be able to be put back together, but there will still be cracks, its more vulnerable, and it will never be the same again. u cant undo what u did, and there is no way on earth that u can completely fix what u have done to ur relationship. and i honestly i feel sorry for this guy. he is pretty torn up about it and u will have to do A LOT for him to even consider giving u another chance. apologies don't always make everything instantly better just like that. u have to understand how hurt and disappointed and heartbroken he must have been. and i little advise, next time ur in a committed relationship, and u just so happen to be cheating on the new boyfriend, instead of letting it go on and on until he finds out... END THE RELATIONSHIP!!! ur better off breaking it off to be with somebody else than to be with all the guys uve been with at the same time. plus it will save u and ur boyfriend a lot of heartache. p.s. he doesnt have anger management issues. truth is is that by the looks of it, ur his only problem at this point. any guy wouldve acted the same way, or worse. think about how u would've felt. and don't even say that u would've care, or u wouldnt have acted the way he did. cuz when a guy does this to u in the future, u will care. u will be just as heart broken as ur ex is now. u will think back to that day, and think to urself "oh my god, i cant believe he did this to me. now i know what my high school boyfriend mustve felt like when i did that to him." u will be full of regret, sorrow, depression. i sorry to break it to u, but it will happen, sooner or later.

I think that's your of knowing the unknown. Maybe its because, you what to cheat on him, and don't know it yet. I think you should sit down with him and tell him how you feel and what you have been dreaming about. Watch his body language and the way he listens. This should also help you investigate without doing so. Try this and see if it works. Don't come off like you are excusing him either.

It's an insecurity you have. I've had the same kind of dreams about my wife. You need to realize it's just a dream and trust him unless you have proof otherwise.
