The Cavity is stuffed....and its wrapped in tin foil if that makes a diff in cooking time....

20 minutes per pound = 90 minutes total for you. Don't forget to baste often with some chicken broth or it will dry out.

PREHEAT oven to 350�F. Mix oil and salad dressing mix; brush under skin and on outside surface of chicken.

PLACE chicken on rack in roasting pan.

BAKE 1-1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through (180�F when tested in the thickest part), brushing occasionally with the salad dressing mixture.

15 mins per lb on 350....the foil only keeps it from drying out....add a cup of white wine in the foil with the chicken
