I have been single for 4 years by choice. I am 28. I seem to have a negative feed on guys. I am attracted to them, but when it comes to wanting friends, I really think that guys which just go off and do guy things and I will get bored and wish that i didn't get myself in to that situation. I guess its all about balance, but I find it hard compromising for someone now, unless I think I truly love. Maybe its because its been so long since I have been a relationship, I forget what its like and wonder if it was all that. I just think that they disclude you eventually. Any positive incites or different opinions?

You are most likely feeling lonely and just want a guy. If you really want to go out with a guy right now you should look for one that you think looks hot, and talk with him for a bit, and if you like him, then you should make the first move.

Try hangin' out with some friends and you'll get back into having fun. I don't think it's all guy stuff. I'm pretty sure they would want to do what you want. Invite someone to a movie, go for a walk, go dance or go eat somewhere. You can even invite some friends over and have dinner and wine, drinks and some games.

You just have to keep going and no real true relationship should required one of the partners to comprimise principles. Just enjoy your life and you never know you may meet someone for whom you really care. Don't worry so much you are still young. I'm in my 50s and am happy and live in hope of a meaningful relationship.

It seems that you can find a guy who has similiar interests as you. Then, his "guy" things, become your interests too and you can do them together. Keep in mind, it isn't always bad for each of you to have small amounts of time away from one another for you each to do your own thing. It makes you enjoy the time spent together, that much more.

Well, I think that maybe, just maybe, your heart might be telling you something and you're just trying to block it out. I think maybe you could you a girlfriend-I REAL girlfriend. Sure, men can give you pleasures etc., but women not only do that, but they understand you, ya know? They get what you're going through. They make you feel great about yourself. :) I descovered that out for myself. Maybe you should try. Give it a shot-it's not a bad idea.

peace out!

Me and my b/f of 5 years do pretty much everything together, so I never get bored. Yeah, there are times when he wants to go out with his friends, but he always asks me to go with him (I'm the one to exclude myself, I guess)... I don't know how it is with other guys, but I don't think they'll exclude you, especially if they really really like you and being around you.
