Depending on the condition of your computer, you should be able to:
1. Go to(click) the Recycle Bin and Restore the file you deleted.
2. Download undelete software - look in www.tucows.com or google.
3. Go to Staples or wherever and buy undelete software, which will come as part of a more comprehensive suite.

In the meantime, use your computer as little as possible. When you tell it to delete something it doesn't actually delete it - it marks the location as available to store something new. Every time you save something to disc (or your operating system does), you run the risk of writing over what you deleted. Once that happens only the CIA will be able to get it back, and you won't like their fees.
