No, but you can volunteer your time. You cannot receive retirement pay and reserve pay at the same time. You can, however, "un-retire". The army guard allows this. You would stop recieving retirement pay.

yup prior service is always welcome you just might have to reclass and you are also more than likely eligible for a sign on bonus
