the bible teaches us to respect the leaders of our country, any man in that position deserves respect, no president can be the savior of the world he is only a sinful man why do we look at a sinful man to solve the problems of the world he will always let you down, we need a savior today friend and that is Jesus Christ, wont you accept him today for the sacrifice he made for you and for me to inherit eternal life one day.

I think at the time of 9/11 that Bush DID do a good job of helping the country grieve. We were ALL on board. Now as we look back (and look around, and look forward), we see that MANY mistakes have been made by this administration (not just Bush- for people who talk about how stupid he is, you guys sure do give him a lot of credit). I am disappointed in many of the decisions that have been made by our government, but what else is new? I felt that way before the Bush administration too. As to your 2nd question, Bush doesn't make me proud to be a Christian. I'm not really proud about it in any way. I'm grateful, and I would be with or without him. It's an insignificant question.

I am very religious, conservative, traditional, and Republican.

Once upon a time I was actually proud of him, but...the fact that he considers his stupidity as endorsed by God simply amplifies the original stupidity it doesn't erase or mitigate it. As for him personally, I think he really does feel he is doing the right thing. Which wouldn't be so bad if he was an average person instead of the President of one of the most powerful nations in the world.

I do not follow any man. I follow GOD. I also will not stand in judgement of George Bush.
The power of life and death is in the tongue. Why don't you try speaking life over the leaders of this country?
