Because God loves you he has already set a limit on the temptation. He is on your side. He does not make you give in. You make the decision.
1 Cor 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. and God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted,he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Satan is in the spiritual realm just like God. He's not some red dude in a trench coat hanging out someplace. Satan also has many demons working for him, so his bidding can be done all over the place. It's Satan tempting you, not God. Have you ever noticed that you seem to become most tempted when you're trying to walk right? A backslider or unsaved person doesn't threaten Satan in any way. A person who is trying to follow God's commandments IS. You're attacked when you're strong so as to make you weak. So your answer is that God doesn't make you give into temptation. For one, He's not the one tempting you. For two (hee hee), no one is MAKING you give into temptation- that's all you, buddy. Good luck!

God DOESN'T tempt anyone, let alone MAKE anyone give into temptation. God is Holy and Righteous and He is LOVE and He will NEVER have ANY part in WANTING mankind to give in to temptation.
Satan is the liar and the tempter and the accuser, but even he can't MAKE anyone give into temptation.
God allows some things to happen, but he will never take away
anyone's free will.
God ALLOWED satan to test job by bringing adversity and loss and sickness into his life. He even ALLOWED satan to bring temptation to His own Son when He was in the wilderness, but
Jesus defeated ALL of satan's temptations with the WORD OF GOD. -- Luke/Matt.4.
We - born again believers - overcome satan by the blood of the Lamb - Jesus - and the WORD of our testimony, which is the Word of God. Our human arguments are no match for satan.
That is why Paul tells us to put on the whole armor of God and the Word of God is the sword of the spirit and that is our weapon
when satan comes against us with his lies and his temptations and accusations.

If you are in Christ, you can overcome temptations. When you accept Christ into your life, you become a new creation (2Cor 5:17) and as you rely on Jesus each day, you'll find that you can actually walk away from lying and other besetting sins. Since you know what temptation is, you know what sin is. Ask Jesus to help you and when you feel tempted, call the name JESUS!

In a sense, temptation is what we make of it. If we can control our conscience, temptation wont seem very harmful. We are the ones to blame for giving in, not God.

God doesn't MAKE you give in to temptation. You give in to temptation on your own accord. Grow in God and learn the Word. You will learn to surround yourself with positive things. Things that draw your attention away from things of the flesh (worldly things), and to things of God.
