Techniques of stress management
* self-understanding (e.g. self-identification as a Type A or as a Type B personality)
* cognitive therapy
* self-management (e.g. becoming better-organized)
* conflict resolution
* positive attitude
* self-talk
* autogenic training
* breathing
* progressive relaxation
* meditation
* exercise
* diet
* rest
* stress balls
* therapeutic massage
* laughter
Some techniques of time management may help a person to control stress. For example:
* becoming more organized and reducing the generation of clutter
* setting priorities can help reduce anxiety
* using a "to do" list of tasks that a person needs to complete can give a person a sense of control and accomplishment
Effective stress management involves learning to set limits and to say "No" to some demands that others make.
Try to think about why you get stressed so bad for tests. Is it thst you afraid of having a black out or maybe that you won´t pass it?? If you can answer that question yourself go from there. You have the answer - work with it. You can do it! I know it! =)
Good luck!

Test stress is really common. The best way to destress is to stop thinking about it. Be prepared and you'll do fine. Study, and be confident that you know the material. Ask yourself- what is the worst thing that can happen if I don't do well on this test? If you really don't feel like you'll do well, talk to your teacher. And remember to take study breaks. You can only absorb so much nfo at once.
If you're looking for overall relaxation tips, try exercise or meditation. Some people find running very relaxing. Meditation can help you clear your head.

There is no way to just rid yourself of stress completely so when you are stressed never looked for a way for it all to just go away magically....
Test anxiety is probably something you may never be able to rid yourself of though, it is best to do things that you know calm you down as well as things that you enjoy doing as opposed to worrying about exams. what i do when i am stressed about something is take a long hot shower and stretch while in it, always helps me especially when i can't sleep

Learn mediation or relaxation techniques. You can take classes in this, see a therapist to learn how, or even read about it yourself. Mediation works very effectively. Relaxation techniques take minutes to teach and you will feel a whole lot better.
