What about...
Tattoo's By Pricks (as in the needle prick?) lol ok ok Here's a serious one...
Tattoo Haven (sounds like 'Heaven') I actually think that would be perfect if you consider the definition of haven.
1. a shelter serving as a place of safety or sanctuary
2. a safe harbor or port. (since one of your favorite artists is SAILOR Jerry)
I think Tattoo Haven would be a perfect name for your tattoo shop.

Detail could also mean element.
Elemental Ink
To be honest tho I didn't go into any tattoo parlor. I asked around and checked others tats to see who I'd like. References were key to me, and even then when I got in there I looked over the portfolios and asked for one of the artists to design something for me along the lines of what I have. I also had a slight fear of excessive bleeding. My brothers tats are very deep and he bled quite a bit. The owner gave me his new girl that he highly recommended and said she was light on the touch. She did an exceptional job and I only bled from the yellow that was in my tat. I was highly satisfied and recommend my friends there because of customer service I had gotten there. I hate needles and this was my first tat. They made me comfortable enough to want to add more to it. Good Luck!

IDP Stands for "I Draw Penises" I wouldn't advertise the name heavily (what it means) just leak it gradually, then everyone you tattooed will be freaking out, thinking that you may have discreetly drawn a penis into their tattoo.

you got your computer back!
hmmm
1. Essential Ink
2. Body Art
I would say that it depends on the clientele that you're shooting for? The ones that i mentioned above don't really portray a "tough guy" image...more an artsy sort of take on it?

what kind of style(s) do you work in/excel at? for example most shops here have names that specify what kind of work they specialize in (ie. 'dragon' in the title for places that do japanese style work, macabre type names for places that do horror/black and grey stuff, retro-sounding names for traditional places, etc).
