She's either checking you out or spaced out and not really looking at you at all. Smile at her and see if she smiles back. That would be a good way to tell. Also, if she blushes and starts looking at something else, she was checking you out. Or you might have had something on your face.

Honestly I knew a really cute guy and we would play the staring game for weeks then i found out he had been with his g/f for like 2 years. If you like her talk to her if you have a girlfriend stop looking at her!

Say something like " do I have a booger hanging out of my nose or something" It will break the ice ( that is if you are interested in her) If you are not, you could just say, I noticed that you are staring at me and I really do not appreciate it.

unless your shy go talk to her.if you have a girlfriend let her know.maybe she is just thinking.go up to her the next time you see her and ask her why does she keep staring(but do not be mean to her)

she's either staring as if you have food on your face, trying to see if she's seen you somewhere befoer, or plain simply trying to tell you she likes you--so you can give her a grin, wave go up to her ask her how she's doing. Just all depemds on where this happens
