Buy an air horn from your local sporting goods store. Whenever the dog starts bark, give the horn a good blasting. Eventually someone, or the dog will take notice and realize such behavior is not acceptable. OR, encourge the dog to bark as much as possible, whistle, call it by name(or any name you choose), make subtl little noises. By this, the dog will bark till it can bark no more or somebody else, or the owner, will eventually take matters into thier own hands.

Call the authorities and report the owners of the dogs for disturbing the Peace or better yet try to talk to the owners of the dogs if you know who they are. If they are strays, call the dog pond to come pick them up. You need rest in your own home.
I had this problem, next door in the city, 2 big black dogs barking at any and everything and nothing sometimes. The owners do not speak English so I wrote a nice letter to them about the dogs. They sent the dogs to a farm to live the day they got my letter and wrote me the nicest letter back. I was so appreciative. How much nicer then going to the police with the problem.~~~Jill

Yell out the window "shut up" whenever they start barking...or put a note in everybody's mail box that they should bring their dogs in at night.
OR buy ear plugs and forget about it.
You could also buy a CD of barking guard dogs and play it really loud one night and if anybody complains bring up your complaint!

Talk to your neighbors and tell them that their dog is becoming a problem. If their dog still continues to bark, tell them that they are not taking proper care of their dog, and that if it continues to be a problem, they will have to find new owners that will take care of their dogs.

I know that it's a terrible problem. I think it would be a good idea to speak with the owners. If you cannot approach them write a letter sign your name and address and hope they call. Otherwise report them to police or dog warden.

good luck you first just need to talk to your neighbor about it and if that doesnt work then you need to call you police and complain about the noise in my town its illegal for your dog to bark like that
