Why didn't you ask to sample it before buying it in front of them? My concern more would be it was not properly made and that can lead to death or blindness if you drink enough of it. Lighting it to see if it is flamable is best, but won't show you if it's dangerous. As far as you know, you just purchased Isopropyl alcohol!

Why are you advertising in public that you bought moonshine? If you want to get drunk, go buy some beer.

try to light it on fire. if it's more than 50% alcohol (100 proof) then it will be flammable. Alternatively you could try freezing it, if there's a lot of water in it the water will freeze leaving the alcohol.
The origin of the term "proof" was from back in the day when they didn't have any other ways to test the potency of their booze, so if it caught on fire that was "proof" that it was good stuff.

Take it to a lab, and have them test it, to find out the ingredients.
