I have found the cheapest fares at www.qixo.com and www.airfare.com.

Farecaster.com predicts if fares will go up or down based on historical rates.

From Oakland your best best is Aloha airways. the most inexpensive days to fly are often Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays. Early morning and previous due evening flights are also best. the element is, you're gonna pay a minimum of $600.00 round vacation because you extremely haven't the different decision yet to fly and the airways can smash out with charging better than mainland state to state expenditures.
