Ok well you got 7-7-7... good luck right? I would make the whole theme of the wedding luck! Now you can take this many different ways... casino theme with 7-7-7s everywhere or just add a lot of little good luck charm touches everywhere. 4 leaf (or 3 if you can't find four) clovers in the bouquets, scratch off tickets for favors, mix horse shoes into centerpieces. I think you could really pull it off!

Think of what you guys like to do. You didn't give any details as to your ages and where you live. But I'm just throwing stuff out here...and maybe you can pick up some ideas on your own.
Country hoedown. With BBQ and all the works.
Mardi Gras.....even though it is held in the winter(this month)...who says you couldn't do it in July? The colors are so vibrant!
Theme Park? Some people get married on a ride.
Is there a movie or TV show ya'll like that you could sorta copy?
Is there a song ya'll like that would make you think of something?
Ok...I can't think of anything else. But I did like skylark's ideas.
Good luck and congrats!

Since it's 7-7-07, why don't you theme your wedding around other lucky tokens.
Do internet searches to find things that are considered "lucky" in various cultures, and incorporate them into your wedding and/or recpetion. (i.e. a rabbit's foot for favors, a penny facing heads up at each seat - on the floor in front of each seat, horseshoes facing up, 4-leaf clovers, etc).
It would be something very unique! All the "themes" are getting very overdone - including the Vegas theme.

Get married at your house you have a number of choices. You could have a garden party with flowers all over, a Hawaiian theme, a western theme, a pool theme, there a number of things to do that people will remember. Good Luck with your choice and your marriage

Well...plan a theme. My daughter had a Hawaiian wedding in the backyard of her friends home. She got an arch, put flowers over the top (the florist did it)....set up white chairs and candle stands, put out tiki torches, and white lights for later in the evening.....the singers and flower girls, etc. wore leis which were pretty inexpensive, the colors were lavender, navy blue, and seagreen (ocean colors)....the flowers were lavender roses, mini lilies in them with the navy and were gorgeous....the cake was very plain with real orchids laid on it....then they had a homemade buffet dinner following the wedding, a D J, etc.....A theme gives you a lot of ideas to go with.
We also saved a lot of money by making a lot of floral accessories like wreaths for their hair, corsages, etc.out of silk flowers.

777 Have a vegas theme, or try a luau beach type party. A second wedding doesn't need to be extravagant. Have fun with it. Throw just a great party.
