Take a shower and towel dry it
Then put mousse and hairspray and scrunch your hair up for a good 15 minutes
Works good :]

I assume you mean in the recent movie.. I'd say it works best if you have kinda thin hair; if you don't, your hairstylist might be able to thin it out a little for you when they cut it. Ask for lots and lots of layers, especially around the face. I'm imagining it like it was in the Goblet of Fire, just in case you didn't know where I was coming from with these suggestions. Her hair is pretty wavy, so if you don't have wavy hair, ask your stylist for some tips for easy waves.. Maybe rollers? Hope these ideas help! :)
