i need a program that would allow me make some music?

i would like to know of a program that would allow me to use .mp3 instrumentals and allow me rap on the beat. it would also enhance other simple studio tasks. i would like to know where to download for free or for a token

Audacity. It's a great free program that will record your voice and allow you to add mp3's and sync your voice with them.

their is this application that u can purchase i talked about it at officedeport objective walmart i forgot wat the call wat its a black field with a cs and a white ipod on it solid success searching it
