Do sex and spots have some relation?

Since sebum production is all hormonal, is there a connection between the two, e.g. more sex, more hormones thus more spots?

There are a number of conditions that will cause spotting after sex. Some are hormonal. If you have spotting after sex you need to see a doctor to be on the safe side.

They are not related, at least as far as I know. Sebum is produced by sebaceous glands. The sex hormones are produced in the testes in the male and in the ovaries in the woman.
