He likes me but I'm not sure if I like him. I gave him my #. He started liking me because I kind of flirted with him but not really. I just smiled and waved at him, and I'm always saying hi and giving him the look. But I just like to tease him (it's funny the way his face lights up when he sees me). My friend asked if he still likes me a little because we have not seen each other in a while and he said more than a little. He's sweet but kind of short and skinny. I don't know him that well. But I kind of like him a little. I scared if people will talk about us. Should I go out with him?

What's with the kind ofs and littles? Quit being so modest. Anyway, I don't think you should go out with him, because you seem to let unimportant things like his being "short and skinny" get in the way. Plus, you said you just like teasing, and seem really unsure of yourself and what you think you want or don't want.
Don't play games with him or with anyone else, for that matter. You'll be doing him and yourself a favor by keeping your distance.

well that's kind of tough because you say you kind of like him, either you like him or you don't. My suggestion to you about what will people think, I usually have the same problem,the solution, f*** what people think, just make the best of it. He could be a real good person...And if you still question what people think, then it's obvious you don't like him.

it doesn't matter what other people think, you shouldn't judge someone because they are skinny or short. you should give him a chance sounds like he's interested in you.
