Of course the old Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich!
2 slices white bread
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 banana, mashed (ripe)
2 tablespoons butter
spread peanut butter on one slice of bread
mash banana and spread it on the other slice of bread
put the slices together to form the sandwich
melt butter (not the peanut butter;) in a frying pan.
fry the sandwich in the pan on both sides until it's golden brown

This sandwich at Macaroni Grill called chicken caesar calzonetta...its pizza bread with chicken, caesar, tomato and lettuce with a basil aioli sauce. Oh god that sounds good right now.

My latest favorite is a tuna salad sandwich made by a local deli. It is creamy and contains chopped celery and I add raw onion and sliced hot peppers and have it made up on white bread with mayonnaise. It is fantastic!
