I'm making brownies & cookies to bring to my boyfriend tomorrow, but I want to bake them tonight. I am just wondering, does it matter if I store them in the refrigerator or at room temperature? Either way, I plan to put them in tupperware...just wanted to know if they should be left out or put in the fridge - thanks!

By all means leave them out . The brownies should be cut while they are still warm and put into something you can seal or cover with foil . Putting them in the fridge will ruin the texture in my opinion.

On the counter is perfectly fine. In fact, you run the risk of them picking up "fridge odors" in the fridge. Put wax paper in between the layers and you're set! I hope he enjoys them!

I would put the tupperware container in the fridge overnight.
