I was wondering what a resonable monthly food budget would be. I'm single, very thin (don't eat much), female, and I don't eat a lot of meat. How much would I probably spend on food each month?

Depends on where you live. Are you a vegetarian? Do you eat 3 meals per day? Do you snack? All of this in important in evaluating your expense for food for a month.

If you are a vegetarian you could probably live on $10/day in the rural part of the United States or approximately $300/month.

I would say about $150-200. We are a family of 4 and spend about $150-200 every 2 weeks.

probably about $75 every 2 weeks ...so $150 a month will probably be more than enough...make a list before you go and use coupons when possible

I don't go out to eat much and I usually spend $30/month. I'm little and don't eat a lot, like you.
