You are flagged immediately. The flag is lifted after (and if) a valid medical reason is given.

Yes, in most cases the recruiter will take your height and weight and will not even bother with you until you are close to being within standards. If you have "health related issues" that keep you from losing weight, then you probably are not qualified for service anyway.
If you are already in the Army, then you cannot fail 3 semi annual tests within a 4 year period or you are out. If you have a problem that prevents you from losing weight that was caused by the military, you may be eligible for a lump sum severance pay.

No. I popped tape a few years ago when I was in the Army. I was sent for a medical evaluation without being flagged where it was discovered that I have a thyroid condition. Wouldn't have been fair if they flagged me for something that needed to be controlled with medication. The paperwork was started, however, but I think that was just to show me how serious they were in case I wasn't exercising or watching my diet.

nicely it may genuinely count number on how i'm approximately to die. If i'm approximately to be murdered or if that's unexpected i could ask for 5 minutes to think of roughly my existence, the human beings in my existence, and that i could prey. If that's yet differently and that i've got a physically powerful quantity of time i could communicate with the human beings i admire and notice them one final time.
