Either a museum or records office for recording ones with the most kills such as by machine gun maybe one person has killed single handed over a million enemy> Well I know sombodies going to like him and note the number of kills but it dose make others squimish. so where is it?

I'm not sure if my answer qualifies to your question:

The most number of kills can be attributed to Col. Paul Tibbets, who piloted the Enola Gay that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima on August 6,1945. That said, it is estimated that as many as 140,000 had died in Hiroshima by the bomb and its associated effects.

I believe Chuck Mawhinney (USMC, Sniper, Vietnam, 103 confirmed kills, 216 'probable' kills) has the record for most confirmed kills.
