I doubt they do and I cant see the British Government letting them do any business unless they were under the control of Scotland Yard or other police forces in Britain but i always hear about the doing operations in other countries. Surely this is highly illegal.
If i was to make a website inciting people to kill GW Bush would they come knocking at my door? Im not going to of course as I have better things to do but IF i did would they show up? The British government cannot do anything as it incites no hatred or idea to kill a British citizen.
Im intrigued to hear what you have to say and would appreciate some facts to go with it.

Answer number 3 - In Britain we still have some form of free speech so saying you would like the US President dead is not illegal and actually very much within the law. Only dictatorships or hardline monachys will procecute or even arrest a culprit. Sadly though both the UK and the US are becoming much more like a dictatorship with the number of free rights we have being taken away. Yes its a security measure but surely it should only apply in full to the muslim community and less to the rest. White people are no longer terrorists now the IRA have laid down there arms.

If someone in this country were to make a website that would advocate the death of Blair, how long before someone knocks down their door? No, neither the FBI nor the CIA have jurisdiction in the UK, however, anyone advocating the death of a US president would be dealt with fairly harshly by Scotland Yard. They would be detained and questioned. Would they be charged with anything? Maybe not.

They do not have law enforcement jurisdiction anywhere besides the US, but they are free to go anywhere in the world and conduct investigations by talking to people, observing places, etc.
By the way, I'm very upset that you think Muslims should be singled out for different treatment. First, it is insulting and unacceptable to make life difficult for the vast majority of Muslims that are not terrorists. Second, if we did this, terrorists could easily find non-Muslim-looking people to carry out their plans.
