It could be anything from the simple fact that there's more light outside at night, to an energy in the air.
I believe the full moon has an effect on people, and maybe you're one of those. I know I am. I always want to be awake, and outside during the full moon. Maybe, if you can't sleep, you should go outside somewhere quiet so you can experience it completely. Give a little praise to her and then try to go back to sleep.
Yeah, I'm serious. But I could never be objective about the moon, I love it dearly.

A full moon can have varied effects on people. This is where the word lunatic comes from, luna meaning moon. In some cases it causes some people to act rather irrationally and they can do crazy things. Police report that crimes become kind of wierd. The full moon produces energy that is not usually in the air and your inability to sleep during the full moon is the way that your body reacts to this higher than normal energy.

maybe because you think about it too much :) or because the way that moon rotates around the earth inflence you and everything here on earth.moon also inflence flood tides and your period:D. i'm not an astrologist to know that much but i think it's related to the gravity...or the forces that interact between moon and earth.and these forces may be stronger when the moon is closer to the earth in that point where you can see fool moon :)
