Atheist request proof and evidence of god. / gods.
Let me further elaborate :
Evidence = does not come from a book that has been edited many times.
Evidence= Does not come from word of mouth from your church
Evidence= Does not come from Faith
Evidence= is something that can be researched, be tested upon, and lastly be subjected to the scientfic method
PROOF= requires following the Scientific method each step. without wavering. It requires others to use the same method multiple times to duplicate the outcome of the experiment.
Is this so hard to understand?

exelent point, they will just find another outlandish excuse for thier beliefs anyway, like "well prove he dosnt exist then", instead of answering the question

when you or anyone can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that something can come out of nothing..that no human has ever "invented"....and produced something..that is when most will listen.
Why not accept the fact that with our human understanding..to some, God can never be proved..and to others ..anything but creation can ever be proved...why keep beating a dead horse..we either have faith in God producing the beginning..or we believe in something coming from nothing.
We are all entitled to believe as we want. But remember that your requirements of proving something come from mans thinking....God doesn't work like that..so..we are back to a stalemate..and always will be.

Actually faith is only blind if you don't have any. Attempting to “prove God” to an atheist is like trying to show an near sighted person an eagle in the sky. You tell them it’s right there and they scoff at you and say “prove it.” You tell them just put on your glasses and you will see it. They scoff and say I don‘t need glasses. So until you are willing to put on the glasses of faith, which is what God requires, then you will remain blind. And actually, there is plenty of proof but you cannot see that either and will refuse to see it anyway. It's not that you don't know but rather you have rejected what you do know.

as long winded as that was, I think you failed completely to address the point at all. What does any of that have to do with atheism, evidence, the scientific method, or god?

No, but you're trying to understand spiritual matters with the natural mind & it just won't work that way. Not to be simplistic-or offensive-but it's like comparing apples to oranges. Spiritual things cannot be grasped by the natural mind, they require faith & discernment.

Do you have children? Show me proof that you love your children. I want you to prove to me in writing right here on the internet scientifically that you love them. Right now or I won't believe that you love them. Get my point.

Science has yet to come up with the scientific equation of life.
Is it so hard to understand that NO ONE KNOWS what will happen after we die?!
It's all a mystery.

So why does science accept things that they have never been able to produce. Science has never been able to produce an explosion from nothing. Science has never been able to produce life. The Bible says in
Christ is life. Go ahead, science, produce some life.

Your point fails at the spot where logic comes in and hard empirical evidence has never been presented to support such a claim. Too often the "well xyz happens so it's gotta be..." posture comes in and gets easily refuted. Sorry, but I'm not convinced.
