Anyone that believes they can get into heaven by killing me makes me slightly distrust them. I also do not trust the smarmy televangelists.

Goodness is ingrained in humans by the Creator. It is the sincerity of conviction which affects the human conduct. If someone is honest in his religious committments, he be honest in his other dealings as such should be trusted. It is the truth of religious beliefs which makes him a man of committment and strong committments.Since the religious affiliation is purely a private matter between a man and his Creator and nobody can judge the level of committment as such religious affiliations should not be a matter of bias.

Distrust covers allot of territory.I am open to suggestions on religion I have friends with different beliefs. Sometimes I"ve learned to think differently after some good discussions.on religion. Not everyone will necessarily be wrong or right. You will have to keep a open mind on the subject.Check your Bible often.

I believe when some one espouses religious beliefs and acts differently, ie unchristian-like behavior according to their own views, they lose trust and believibility. But based solely on having religous beliefs in general do not make a person suspect to me. Also so many people talk and don't do so you can't trust some one affiliations cause them to act or think in a particular manner.

Trust in general is misunderstood, you can not trust any one but yourself and your ability to handle the given situation.

Well, not really for moderate minded people. But if they run around screaming god hates fags or condemning me to hell, or falsely claiming to be a faith healer (i.e. Peter Popoff) then I'll have my severe doubts.

Also, I can distrust some of the claims they make, whilst not distrusting the sincerety with which they believe them.

I try not to, but if I logically think about the situation it definitely plays a role. I think there are many levels of trust. And I'll let most people break into the lower levels of my trust until they prove my judgment wrong, but it gets trickier from there.

The question is, can anyone who lives their life on blind-faith every truly be trusted? Those who do no research, and just soak in what is told of them, can these people really be trusted? I judge each on an individual case, I've had pretty good judgment in the past.

Religious affiliation is a personal matter. It has nothing to do with trust or non trust.I have really good people from all religions. They are trust worthy.Character of a person does not depend on the religion he or she belongs to.

It is hard to trust anyone that denies the Father & the Son, that denies Jesus Christ came on the earth. Or someone who hates others and slanders all the time. The love of God is not in that person.

Also a liar is the one who denies the Father and the Son and the work done on the cross and the virgin birth/ Holy Spirit conception and the resurrection from the dead. People of religions who deny these things can't be trusted.

Also, some one who claims he/she never sin or sinned. The Truth isn't in that person.

I Trust & Obey God and I don't trust & obey liars or people who are decieved.

But I do trust people on the whole as meaning well, but will sense if someone is possibly deceitful to harm.

Depends on the person I guess, if they always bash me with there beliefs I distrust them, if they show themselves as humble and are my friend then I trust them, If they're of a satanic religion than I dont trust them.
