Yes, some people believe that children are somehow more "in touch" with the "spiritual" realm. I think this started back in the days of Duke's parapsychology program (which they have since ended) and all the studies they did on supposed "poltergeists." It was their conclusion that these poltergeists were drawn to young girls who had just started or were about to start menstruating.
Personally I think it's hogwash.

lol and how do you know you didnt see anything? to you it might have been normal... also do you remember everything when you were 1 and 2? i doubt it... you might have just grown out of it early.. or maybe you never had the gift.
just because you dont experience it doesnt mean it doesnt exit.
