If you're talking about used ground coffee you can use it with water for your plants

If you're talking about fresh ground coffee you can have it in fridge(not freezer) for quite a long time

have you ever tried to add some alcohol in your coffe drink (brandy, liquor, baileys)?dream topping?

The amount of ground coffee doesn't lessen as the water runs through it during brewing, as a matter of fact, there may be a slight increase in volume due to water absorption.I think you're thinking of instant coffee(disappearing) as it becomes liquid when hot water is added. Most coffee brands suggest a tablespoon of ground coffee per each 6 to 8 ounces of water used in the brewing process. Milk used in your coffee won't make it quite as rich tasting as if you'd used cream, but its probably better for you in the long run.Maybe 'classic roast' is too strong for your tastes, that could be why it smells burned. The other reason could be that you leave your coffee on the burner too long and it is actually burned. When I make a pot each day, right after it is finished I turn off the coffee maker and just micro wave a single cup as needed, or you could use a thermal carafe to keep the coffee serving teperature without the risk of burning it over the constant heat of the coffee maker.Hope I've been of some help!

If you're talking about used ground coffee, I have heard that ground coffee is good fertilizer for plants outside and keeps some insects away, you may try that. If you are talking fresh ground coffee left over in your grinder, then freeze it in ziplock bags or tupperware and use it later. Also, I grew up using milk as creamer in all my teas and coffee, that was in the day before the "creamers" in the stores!! Guess I'm dating myself! Sorry don't know much about the classic roast coffee smell. :-)

ground coffee need to be stored i a sealed jar or can. it will start to lose its flavor after 3 to 4 days. Unground coffee beans will be good for 3 to 4 weeks if stored properly. The burnt smell is from coffee beans that have been roasted too long and are burned.

You can freeze ground coffee in an airtight container - actually, you should always keep your coffee in the fridge to keep it fresh.

Milk as creamer? I dont know what that is.

Coffee shouldnt smell burnt either. It should smell roasted but not that acidic smell of burnt...

You can use the coffee grounds for houseplant fertilizer. Yest you can use milk as creamer, but regular creamer tastes better. If you want a real taste treat, try eating a spoonful of coffee grounds. I did once. It tastes like coffee flavored dirt.
