here's the best answer: have a pro dye your hair blonde. If you don't like it, simply shave it off. ;) Good luck!

neither just let your hair grow out and that would look better especially if your African-American(I assume you R since your avatar is) black people do not look right with blond hair I'm black and I already I would look crazy with blond hair.
The bald thing I don't think you should do that either because thats just gonna make your look even more bigger so I just think you should grow it out, and make sure when you grow it out that its not nappy so you will look neat then once you get enough hair grown then you should get braids, cornrows would be the best.
But at the end its your decision on what you want to do, but I would get braids.

I'd try the bald thing first, if it doesn't look great then just grow your hair out and color it blond. If your hair is dark it will take a lot of upkeep though.

Go to a wig shop and try on a blonde wig or two before deciding.
Save the bald look for when you are old and gray.

If you do decide to go blonde;have a prof. do it or your chances of having orange or multi colored hair are real high.
