The capacity of a building, or rather portions of a building are determined by the laws affecting the building. The primary factors are the capacity and numbers of exits, and the type of occupancy. For example, an office occupancy might be based on one person for each 100 square feet. A warehouse might be based on one person for each 300 square feet. Once the capacity is known, the number and capacity of exits is determined.

The rules are set by building codes. Many jurisdictions follow the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code, NFPA 101

Usually these items are decided by local building codes. If you go to Town Hall and ask, they should be able to refer you to the correct person/department

DDR3 might carry out somewhat swifter, yet having greater gb of ram is a lot greater effectual. I say this because of the fact for some applications, say something like video enhancing, you desire a great number of ram provided that video makes use of up the ram area. in case you have 2 gb of ram, it won't carry lots video. the comparable is going for video games. i might flow with 4 gb of DDR2 what's proscribing you on getting 4 gb of DDR3 ram? If its funds, basically improve the greater beneficial 2 gb later once you get greater funds.
