Ok I got charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol. I got 50 hours community service, 6 months restricted license, have to take a 14 week class which is almost over. I FAILED MY FIRST DRUG TEST. Everyone tells me that that doesnt count, its kinda like a bar you set and your level has to go down every test after that. WILL I GET SUMONED TO COURT for this? Thanks a lot

You could be revoked, and it's possible that you could be arrested. I would bet, in my experience, that you are being revoked for the positive screen. Your PO might or might not do it, however, since you've passed your other screens. If they don't revoke on this screen, they most likely will on any future positives.

They don't always arrest for revocations. They do if you are a flight risk, or if you are a danger to yourself or others. Otherwise, they just give you a summons to appear in court.

It might depend on what state you're in.
I would think you would be get charged with violating your probation. You will probably hear from your P.O. but it doesn't hurt to give them a call. It's better to know what's going on than getting picked up on a warrant in front of your friends, family or co-workers. If you have a warrant, just turn yourself in. That always looks good.

It all depends on who you are. If you know someone in government you can get away with murder. If you don't, they will use you. So really, it all depends on who you are.
