My comfort food... anything creole.. red beans n rice, jambalaya, gumbo, mufalata, anything that is blackened ..shrimp, "aysters',crawfish, shrimp and grits... crab, m m m. Have to have a beer to wash it all down and a potato from the boil pot to munch on later.... hooo wee!
