Just like most popular brands - The top three hae bikes made in China, Taiwan, and America.
It depends on the price point, as to where they make it... You won't find a $500 or less bike that is American made.

Ready made clothes. The only problem I've found is that a size eight dress always seems to be a little tight around the chest and shoulders but other than that everything is fine.

The only bikes China can not make are the Trek bikes used in the last Tour de France. They used defense grade material that is not found in China. Everything else the Chinese can make and do.

Most bikes have components from around the world. Frames might be made in the US, but most of the gearing and shifting components are Shimano from Japan, the seat might be from Italy, the bikes are assembled in the US.

Most of their frames are made in Taiwan. Maybe their S-Works line is made in the USA, but the other frames are Taiwanesse. Their quality is top notch, so don't worry about it.

they make the majority of it overseas, although that company is in the bay area, CA.
