It is one thing to comit evil against another, but it is even worse to add the additional injury of verbal attack.
Let's use the stereotypical arch villian.
BOOOM!! A building filled with oompa-loompas is consumed by a massive fireball. This is bad.
BOOOM!! Building burns, oompas scream, blahblah.
"HAH Take that Wonka! And there's no way for you to stop me! HAHAHAHAHA" Now the tragic loss of the Oompa-loompas is compounded by the blatent taunt and gloating of Mr Fantastic.
Words alone can cripple some people. Add to that an act of evil...some never recover.

dear one, we usually say "action speaks louder than word' but here want to tell us if we do something wrong and support it with our false and evil word it would be worst than the bad action we did

To me it means...do me dirty THEN add insult to injury with a cutting EVIL remark..."Like you don't like waking up with your horse's head in your bed,,,maybe you'd prefer it to be your FIRST born son's head?"
