Like, do they check your drug/alcohol history? If you have any diseases? I'm asking as a teen, not an adult

Usually they are checking your urine for sugar, proteins, and blood. Testing urine is the fastest, cheapest way to see if your kidneys are operationg effeciently. Depending how old you are, and where you live I don't think they can check for drugs without your permission.

It depends on the reason you are going to see the doctor. A number of ailments can cause or be caused from problems with your urine. Normally they are checking to see if there is any abnormalities with the urine that may cause your symptoms.

they may be checking for infections kidney functions and so on. they may also be checking for drugs but if you went for a physical its probably to check for infections
