Tell her that you think you are mature and comfortable enough to handle tampons. She will appreciate the fact that you talked to her and told her what you were going through, maybe she has a good reason for you not to wear them, make sure to ask questions, you deserve to know why she doesn't want you to. She'll see how mature you are and she might just be convinced, she may surprise you. Other than that, there is no age limitation on buying tampons in stores.

as a mom the rules are this....first you must have good grades(you are in need of learning to spell better) and you must be able to pay for at least half of your phone bill. and just because the cell phone would be yours does not mean your parents rules on its use dont apply, because they do!!! you will be the one using the phone, that's why i say you should at least pay for half, that shows responsibility, which you must show in order to get the phone in the first place.and as a general rule never play your parents against each other, its wrong and immature, and its not fair to them, they are a team and are the ones who decide whats best for you at this time.good luck,be responsible and it will work it self out.be good!!

Is a celaphone like an elephone only with 2 trunks?
Learn to write English, and maybe they could both agree to get you one.
Why don't your parents agree together on what you should or shouldn't have? It is not nice of you to play one against the other for your own gain. That is not nice of THEM to allow you to do that.
If I said "no!" and my ex went ahead and got anything for my son, I threw it away, and grounded him for asking us both.
He learned really fast that what I said was what happens.
He learned to trust me, and USE his dad.
If you are not working or driving, you are too young for a cell phone. What do you need it for? You shouldn't be too far out of sight of a parent at a younger age.
I might let you get a phone and have to buy cards to use in it. That way, YOU would have to buy it, and the minutes, and YOU would appreciate it and take care not to wash it or leave it in the bathroom.
You might present that idea to BOTH parents and get them to AGREE. That way you are being honest and responsible.

Based on your spelling, I'd say listen to mom. I don't think you're old enough for a cell phone. If you are old enough for the phone then I still think you should listen to your mother. No phone...go study your spelling words.

From your spelling it appears that you need to be more concerned about your school work than a cellphone. Once you have learned the spelling of cellphone ask your mom again.

I wouldn't let you get a cell phone either, you need to pay more attention to your studies, my 5 year old writes better than you.

My Mom won't let me get a cell phone but, my dad will -who should I listen to?

Your mom is being the smart parent and your dad is just trying to get you to love him more. Listen to mom you will be better off.

Your parents should be united in their decisions for you. Sounds like you are not in a 2 parent home. You should listen to your mom and not cause any trouble over a stupid phone, its not worth it.

Any of my kids tried to play me and my wife off against one another like you're trying to do, and a certain fanny would get tanned real good! You better ask 'em to get together on this and abide by the decision. They ain't your pals, they're your parents, and they set the rules! Deal with it!

Maybe your mother wanted you to concentrate on your spelling before she got you a cell phone. Use spell check already!
