it was frozen, then cooked? You didn't let it thaw for more than 30 minutes before cooking? Then most of the bacteria that could have been trapped during the freezing were killed when you cooked it. You should be able to enjoy it tonight as well.

Of course, it depends also on how fresh it was when you bought it; how well sealed your fridge is, what else you have in there, and so on. If it looks ok and smells ok, it should be ok.

It's ok. Chicken breasts can last up to a week in your fridge as long as they were fresh to begin with. Considering as well that you cooked them on Wednesday night, then you don't have a problem at all. Once you bring the chicken up to temperature, it will erradicate the harmful bacteria content.

I think I read your question right...? You put the UNcooked peicee back in the fridge? and waited 3 days to cook it. Honestly I'd say it's gone bad if that's the case. Chicken has a super high bacteria containment. Smell it, if its at all unhappy toss it...

at the most 3 to 4 days if wraped tightly. I would put them into the freezer as soon as I buy them so I can defrost in cold water later when I need them.
