I wish there was magic formula I could give you but the truth is that there is none. Harsh as this may sound, I want you to realize that the "accident" did not happen because God was on vacation, or that God was unaware that your girls were exposed to danger. God always knows. The point is that what we call accidents have been designed by God to make us grow spiritually, just as our maths teacher gives us problems to solve in order that we may get stronger in maths.
Therefore, understanding that God loves you and is standing by you all the time is a starting point. God never gives us a problem that is beyond our capacity to solve, so know that at the end of it all, you will be a spiritually stronger person.

Read the Bible. Usually in the back there is a concordance, where you can pick a word and find all the passages that contain that word. Look up strength, faith or other words that you might want to read about. If you don't have a Bible you can check out this web page:
http://www.biblegateway.com/
And do the same thing...just type in a key word, I find that changing the Bible to the New Living Translation is easier to understand.
Also if you are involved with a church most have prayer groups & help chains, where you can have others pray with you of for you, and people will stop by & check on you and help you with things you may need.
At my church a leader just found out he inoperable brain cancer, he has 1 year to live and already his speech is being affected. All of us even those who don't know him are doing everything in our power to help, because the Bible say this:1 Corinthians 12:26, If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. So it is better to have support/ and support from God and those who love God is the best.
I don't want to give out my email on here but by clicking on my avatar you can email me. If you choose to I will give you my real email so that if you find it helpful you can talk, ask or complain directly to me. I will say a prayer for you and those children, what a terrible tragedy! I hope you can find the strength you are seeking!

I can sum it up in one word
BELIEVE
All good deeds never go unrewarded and I truly believe that all things happen for a reason. It may have been God's way of intervening so as to prevent a worse tragedy from happening.
A parent's work is never done. Even when they move out their are constant worry. Hope all turns out well for your daughters bur at least they have their mother and were in fact protected as it could have been worse
(Keep the faith)

Jesus is always there. The local church is His hands and feel. Call your church and ask for some assistance. You need a break, too. Perhaps someone could watch them while you get some needed rest.
I find strength in reading Christ's promises. Psalm 23, John chapter 17 are two of my favorites.

I am sorry to hear her about your daughters. However, you can maintain your strength by being very prayerful and never forgetting that when you are going through trying times that he is still with you and try to trust in him every day. Fasting also helps. Just continue to be prayerful and believe and have faith in the Lord that he is the Lord mighty in power, Prince of peace and strength, and all that we seek from God with mind, body and soul he gives to us free willingly. But search the Lord with all your might and you shall see all his works in your life.
God Bless.

Get alone and put on some soft worship music. Then just simply tell Jesus about your hurts and worries. Cry to him and let it all out. You will feel his love and you can leave it all with him. When you get up you will feel so much better. Do this as often as needed. I do.
PS- and don't forget to thank him.
Phil 4:6,7. His peace will over take you.
God bless.

Show your strength to them. Find that strength in how fervently you pray, how you seek comfort from reading the Bible and seeing how God sustained His faithful ones in similarly trying times. Read Job and the Psalms and try to relate personally to what happened there in those passages.
God bless you in this trial.

Pray to pour out your hurts, fears, anger, grief, thoughts, memories, hopes etc to God.
Read the Bible - Psalms are great, NT to let God pour out his hurts, fears, anger, grief, thoughts, memories, hopes over what happened to you.
Find a church/support group to be there with you.
May the Lord's peace be with you. Write any time. I'm a pastor, but will be gone next week for brain surgery.

Just pray. Just talk to God from your heart about the "issue". Try joining a local bible based church and speaking to the "prayer partners". Unfortunately, there are so many "atheists" on this site, so you may not get any good advice from them. I hope this helps.

I light incense, burn candles and sit quietly. It releases a lot of stress and I think the smoke helps connect me to God. Once I get to that point I feel like I can do almost anything.
By the way, I hope your daughters heal quickly and things are good for them again as soon as possible. You sound like a very loving mother, and they are lucky to have you.
