Yes. Most packaged foods, especially candy has so much preservatives in it that it won't go bad for quite a while. Clear test, start eating some..if it tastes weird spit it out and move on...
It's at least not unsafe to eat.

If you mean 2006's Halloween candy, then I definitely say yes. My boyfriend is still eating up his Easter candy from 2006, and he's yet to get sick. If it's from Halloween 2005, I'd probably throw it out simply because it would be hard and stale.

Some of the chocolate stuff might have started to get stale and powdery, but the hard candies should be fine until the next Ice Age.

yes you can tell if there stale because you can see them melting. Candy don't rot that quickly.

yes I do. if it is prepackaged, there are so many preservatives in that stuff it will last forever, it will just get all flavorless and hard if it was supposed to be soft.

I would think so, if it is sealed. If its not then I doubt it and my best advice is to throw it away
